Yes, we do supply singles in most cases, but do bear in mind that no quantity discounts for either the garment or customisation apply. The cost of one garment is shown on the respective product page.
Do you charge for delivery?
All UK mainland orders over £150 (ex vat) will automatically receive free delivery. If your order is under £150 net, a small charge of £5.95 will be added to your order at checkout. All our orders are shipped on a next business day courier once complete. For UK delivery outside of the mainland (Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man), there will be a delivery charge of £20 and may take up to 2 business days for delivery. Once your order has been dispatched we will drop you an email to let you know your parcel will be with you shortly after.
What is your lead time for customised orders?
For customised orders with a new logo, we will require your approval before we proceed with production. Our artwork team will send over an initial proof via email within 24-48 hours of you placing your order. Any delay in approval may change your estimated dispatch date.
We aim to deliver your products within 5 to 7 working days, however, any delays to artwork approval or amends may change this date.
If you have an urgent request, or the order is for a specific event or required on a specific date, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help you.
What format do you accept for my artwork?
To ensure your logo is of the highest quality we require an TIFF or AI File. If you do not have access to these formats please send over pdf, jpeg or png. Our artwork team will review the file you have and will advise if an additional redraw is required. You will receive your artwork proof via email .
Your artwork must be approved before any production can be carried out. We are not responsible for errors once permission for production has been given.
Can I get samples before I place my order?
Plain samples of all of our products are available to order. Our samples are charged in full, but can be returned without a restock fee or used as part of a future orders.
What is your returns policy?
We cannot accept embroidered or printed returns, as we will not be able to re-sell them, or return them to the manufacturer. Naturally, if there is a fault with your product, we will investigate on a case-by-case basis. If you have ordered non-customised garments, we can accept returns if they are in a resale-able condition.
